How does it work?

It's easy.
During checkout, simply choose Hold-at-FedEx as your shipping option. Then enter your home or work address in the "ship to" section, and our associates will automatically find and ship your order to the closest FedEx or Kinko's to the address you provided. The shipment will NOT go to your home or business if you choose Hold-at-FedEx as your shipping method..

All Hold-at-FedEx shipments ship 2nd day. You will receive an email from FedEx when the package is shipped, and when it arrives at your local FedEx. Please note that for your security, you will need to show a valid government issued photo ID to pickup your package.

Can I choose which FedEx or Kinko's will hold my shipment?

Yes. Simply click here to launch the FedEx locator page, and type in your zip code or address. Be sure to check the "Hold at location" box in the Filter menu on the right side of the page. Once you've found the location you want to ship to, use that address as your ship to location. Be sure to include your full name as it appears on your ID and your correct billing address in the appropriate fields.

How much does shipping Hold at FedEx cost?

Regardless of your purchase amount, Hold at FedEx costs just $24.95.

How long until I can pick up my package from FedEx?

Most orders placed before 5PM ship the same day. All Hold-at-FedEx orders ship 2nd Day (arrival in 2 business days).

Will you notify me when my package is ready for pickup?

Yes. When your package is ready for pickup at your local FedEx/Kinko's, an email notification will be send to the address you provided at time of checkout.
